A : Every screened company with access to OSI Cargo System can create and assign orders directly to members.
Q : Can I assign orders to my own vehicles?
A : Yes, OSI Cargo System allows you to assign orders to your own vehicle fleet, to other members or other trusted companies you are already working with.
Q : How can my transport company work directly with clients?
A : There are several ways for your company to work directly with clients: by giving your clients access to the platform, by selecting cargo directly posted by cargo holders or by using your management tool to contact possible new clients.
Q : How can my drivers manage orders?
A : You can assign orders directly to your drivers and trucks once you have set up their profile in OSI Cargo System. Drivers can simply receive and confirm orders from any smartphone or device with access to the internet and remember that this confirmation is only optional as the order will be confirmed automatically if an incident isn’t registered.
Q : What are transport solutions?
A : Your transport company can easily create solutions for new or existing clients such as palletised distribution, cross docking operations and international custom clearance, all of which will be managed through OSI Cargo System.
Q : Are payments guaranteed?
A : OSI Cargo System members are screened and all members agree to the same payment and conduct terms. Every service provided to another member will be processed through the platform and followed up to completion. Services provided to your own clients or freight exchange platforms are at your own risk.
